What is a Junior Docent?
Junior Docents are a very important part of the Calvert Marine Museum. Working in all the gallery spaces, they help the public understand the museum collections in a deeper way.
Junior Docents also get to help museum staff with educational programs and special events.
The Junior Docents are rising 8
graders (ages 13-15 years old) who can make a two-year volunteer commitment to help in the museum
